Archrock Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, July 28 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (“Archrock”) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per common share, or $0.58 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on August 16, 2022 to all shareholders of record on August 9, 2022.
