I don’t know about you…but if my life depends upon the surgeon is who is going to be performing my heart surgery,I want the BEST.I don’t care if they’re expensive. I want someone who does that surgery each and everyday, and knows it better than anyone else. To be honest, I aspire to become your “Systems Doctor” who may perform surgery on your Systems which is metaphorically VITAL. This responsibility touches your Marketing, Sales, Communication, Follow up and more…This process may positively or negatively affect your Customer’s experience, Your worker’s satisfaction levels, and even the energy in the clinic. In my opinion, it would be a huge disservice to just provide you with plane jane templates just to collect a payment. We have so much more potential right in front of us…So I’m going to work on your Systems Health like your life depends on it…

Let’s say you wanted to hone in on your customer experience a touch more and wanted to make an effort to visually show your clients how much progress they’ve made (and can share with a friend).First off, during the eval, you’d make an emphasis to take a picture of their comparable sign, or “asterisk” sign as some call it.Could be a range of motion, a posture, a functional movement, etcYou then determine that every 5th visit you’d like to re-take this picture so show them the progress being made, and can send home with them.Let me know what you think about this. The Therapist would get a task notification the morning of, before they start their day.We could even send them the link with the original image if they needed a refresher.During the appointment, the Therapist takes another pic, submits their information, and the client is autosent a before and after.Think this would be helpful?

Today I wanted to share a small little suggestion inside of your onboarding sequence (or pre-evaluation), if you're using GHL.It's more common than you probably realize when a lead unsubscribes from either your SMS or emails early on in their prospect journey.BUT then, they turn the corner and schedule an eval.If you've been following me, you probably already know how important this pre-evaluation process means to me,not to mention how effective the onboarding process can be at converting them into a big sale. Anyways, here is the action at the top of your onboarding workflow that will auto - DISABLE their DND preferences,SO THAT they get all of your texts AND emails prior.Hope this helps! I know I certainly didn't think of it right away.

It’s amazing to me how many CEO’s want their Therapists to stay in frequent communication with their clients,USING their personal phones.I think it’s bad enough that a CEO does this (I know I did it at one point pre-GHL days and it was painful),but to recommend that their Therapists do it too?I get the premise… There is incredible value in the Therapeutic relationship to our clients, but at what costs?I think a significantly underrated benefit of GHL is that your Therapists don’t have to give out their personal phone anymore!I’m not even talking about buying a phone number for each Therapist (which you certainly COULD do, and provides a VERY high level of personal connection).Just allowing your Therapists to automate texts to and from your GHL business number, and then allow the Therapists to continue to communicate away from their phone is an incredible breath of fresh air.Another reason this is important is that we don’t want to give any thought to the Therapists that they can go out and do this on their own,Not to mention you’re bringing down their stress levels and improving upon their work-life balance.

I've noticed that people are very hesitant to schedule a call on their own free will from paid traffic.I mean, it makes sense. They saw something on FB that caught their eye and for a very split second, they demonstrated an emotionally spiked interest that lead them to fill out some information. That is the easy part. We follow up hoping to speak to them and truth be told is, they're not ready yet. It's too much work and effort for some to take this big leap. So what do we do?My theory is that we need to bridge the gap from the form they filled out on FB TO the call, by providing space to immediately answer their question(s), and don't give them a reason to NOT move forwards. Utilizing the AI bot, this has been a very good first text that is getting a larger majority of people to respond and then book!

If you ever talk to me about my Streamline Program, you’ll often hear me talk about how important it is to create a “framework,” for your business. Here’s what that means.A System’s framework is critical for a growing practice. You may eventually add on different services (Personal Training, Massage, etc). You may eventually want to create different back end automations. You may eventually want to track different KPI’s.If you have the entire Framework built out, you can simply ‘add’ whatever it is you need into the Systems you already have.No other mass build outs or headaches.Just simple tweaks bolted on into your Systems that are already up and running.

I love hearing, “i’m not sure if this can be done,” because 95% of the chance it can! You’ve probably heard me say this a lot, but it just continues to be true. Between GHL’s ever evolving automation capability and unique user cases that my Therapists need, I’m able to discover that we CAN do almost any relevant automation that we need to. So again, if you find yourself asking the question, “I wonder if…” Just shoot me a message and let me know. I actually love that kinda stuff.

Here’s a nice automation flow to consider if you are in a state that still requires Physicians to sign off on your POCPhone CallAutomated Updated Custom Field (this would be the date in which you set where you NEED to have received the physician referral)Automate a drip system of notifications to either admin / Therapist to collect referral “x” days prior toexample; If we have 30 days to collect automate at 21 days, 14 days, 7 days, etc (ONLY IF we have not collected it yet)

Whether we want to admit it or not, some of the Physical Therapists we hire will come and go.As a part of my Streamline Continuity Program, I want to ensure that you focus on only fulfilling in roles that you can do (training, hiring, etc), while my team and I focus on updating all of the backend automations inside of GHL.Here is a non exhaustive list as to what changes need to be updated upon a new hire / fire.
